Richard Woolwine, Chief Executive Officer
Richard Woolwine is chief executive officer, chairman of the board and one of the founding principals of Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc. and ACF Medical Services, Inc. Prior to establishing Atlantic Credit & Finance in 1996 as one of the nation’s leading purchasers of unsecured, consumer-distressed assets, Mr. Woolwine held positions of increasing responsibility within the capital markets and commercial lending division of Chemical Bank and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Mr. Woolwine also served as chief operating officer responsible for day-to-day operations of a leading importer of consumer products. Mr. Woolwine earned a bachelor’s degree from the Virginia Military Institute.

Kelly Woolwine, President
Kelly Woolwine is president and chief operating officer and one of the founding principals of Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc. Mr. Woolwine is responsible for directing all day-to-day business operations for Atlantic Credit & Finance, including recovery operations and hiring and training of all employees. Prior to founding Atlantic Credit & Finance in 1996, Mr. Woolwine served as chief operating officer for Oxford Capitala leading debt purchasing and servicing firmresponsible for directing all business operations and managing the recovery process. While at Oxford Capital, Mr. Woolwine created, among other things, innovative employee training programs that help maximize collections practices while ensuring consumers are treated with respect and integrity. Mr. Woolwine also previously served as an investment banker at Dean Witter. Mr. Woolwine earned bachelor’s degrees in economics and marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).

Chris Hanson, Chief Financial Officer
Chris Hanson is chief financial officer for Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc., responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting and lender relations. Prior to joining Atlantic Credit & Finance in 1999, Mr. Hanson served as a supervisor at Goodman & Company, LLP, one of the largest Virginia-based certified public accounting firms. Mr. Hanson also held positions as senior staff accountant with R. Wm. Johnson, Jr. & Company and staff accountant with Carillon Health System, both based in Roanoke, Virginia. Mr. Hanson received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and his MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

John Harvey, Chief Information Officer
John Harvey is chief information officer for Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc., responsible for evolving the company’s information technology platform to ensure its scalability and to accommodate the company’s continued growth and business ventures. Prior to joining Atlantic Credit & Finance, Mr. Harvey was the owner of and lead consultant for Principled IT Consultants, LLC, a Virginia-based consulting company primarily focused on renovating software project management and development practices for clients. He also held positions as director and development manager with Capital One. While at Capital One, Mr. Harvey delivered desktop systems testing for a major infrastructure transformation project that ranked in the top 10 of InfoWorld 100 best technology projects of 2006. Mr. Harvey received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).

Jaideep Ganguly, Vice President, Operations Research
Jaideep Ganguly is vice president of operations research for Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc., responsible for developing business intelligence across the organization, and managing the company’s inventory of distressed assets throughout the life cycle of the accounts. Prior to joining Atlantic Credit & Finance in 2004, Mr. Ganguly served as business manager at Creasys, Inc., responsible for the development of two new lines of business. Prior to that, Mr. Ganguly served as business manager for Capital One Financial Services, Inc. and was responsible for leading the balance building, purchase stimulation and inactivity during the first six months of an account for Capital One’s prime portfolio, comprised of 9 million accounts with a combined outstanding balance of $40 billion. Mr. Ganguly was also responsible for the acquisition of unsecured consumer assets in excess of $500 million during his tenure with Credit Recovery Service, the distressed asset buying division of Capital One. Mr. Ganguly earned his master’s degree in industrial engineering from North Carolina State University, and a graduate degree from the St. Joseph’s College of Business Administration. His bachelor’s degree is in mechanical engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology (India).

Kevin Hudson, Vice President, Business Development
Kevin Hudson is vice president of business development for Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc., responsible for developing and managing the company’s network of external agencies and attorney partnerships to enable future growth, increase flexibility and maximize profitability. Prior to joining Atlantic Credit & Finance in 2005, Mr. Hudson served as principal owner and chief operating officer of Home Buyer Solutions, Inc. He also spent nine years with Capital One Financial in various positions of increasing responsibility, including senior project manager, senior operations analyst and financial analyst. While at Capital One, Mr. Hudson organized a highly specialized contact center consisting of 1,400 collection and customer service associates, with an annual operating budget of more than $95 million and handling monthly volumes of more than 1.1 million customer contacts. Mr. Hudson earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the College of William and Mary.

Todd Kaus, Vice President, Acquisitions and Sales
Todd Kaus is vice president of acquisitions and sales for Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc., responsible for spearheading the company’s efforts in the purchasing and secondary sales of all consumer-related debts. Mr. Kaus, who joined Atlantic Credit & Finance in June 2004, has nearly 10 years of experience in credit risk management. Prior to joining Atlantic Credit & Finance, Mr. Kaus served as director of sales and agency management for Metris Companies and also held positions of increasing responsibility with Discover Card Services. Mr. Kaus received his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix.
